Attracting, and keeping Butterflies and Pollinators in your Garden

In today’s world our natural environment is under a lot of stress; invasive species, increasing agricultural pesticide use, urban encroachment on our natural spaces, not to mention climate change and pollution.  We have a moral imperative to protect and sustain our biosphere for all the creatures that live here.

In this talk John will explore the elements that are necessary to sustain the areas that are in our control, providing an oasis for our indigenous butterflies, bees, and many other pollinators, all that inhabit our natural biosphere.  He will provide the rationale, as well as practical methods, practices and tips that will allow your personal gardens, and yards to be destinations, waystations, and refuges for those very important insects and pollinators.
