Finding Caterpillars in their Natural Habitat - July 21st, 2018

Looking for caterpillars is very difficult, as they utilize disguises, camouflage, and mimicry to avoid detection from their main predators, birds and parasitic wasps. Explore how they do this, while we utilize various methods to uncover their hiding places, as we look to detect the seemingly undetectable caterpillar.  Juniors are welcome with close supervision. Meet at Robins Donuts parking lot, corner of Arundel and Hodder, Current River at 11 am.
