Photos From a Field Trip to the
Painted Rock Nature Reserve
in the Winter of 2009

Photography: Jean Hall-Armstrong

The TBFN Field Trip to our new Painted Rock Nature reserve was organized on February 28, 2009.

Attendance was great - 28 people took part.

Participants hiked through the bush to the lake and enjoyed the dramatic cliffs
and of course the famous pictographs.

Some wore showshoes, some made it without them.

The vertical cliff faces containing the pictographs
are an impressive feature of this Nature Reserve.
