By-Law Review

Walks & Talks Come enjoy and learn about the natural wonders of the boreal forest and the Canadian Shield. Our field trips, presentations, and juniors program provide excellent opportunities to discover the plant and animals of our region and how you can help safeguard them.
Nature Reserves Thunder Bay Field Naturalists is a registered charity that owns and manages 20 protected areas covering over 2000 acres. Our nature reserves safeguard native plants and animals and their habitats, as well as significant cultural sites. We are now seeking donations to purchase a new reserve at Bowman Island.
Thunder Cape Come visit or volunteer at Thunder Cape Bird Observatory at the tip of the Sibley Peninsula on Lake Superior. This TBFN-supported banding station monitors songbirds, waterfowl, raptors and migrants on their annual trips to the boreal and beyond.
Photo Forum Got a great pic? Or a hot birding tip? Notice something in bloom? Join other TBFN members in viewing and posting your latest and greatest photos and observations of flora, fauna, and other natural wonders of the northwest.
